It wasn't from PD and nothing will change the fact that it was a private link shared by an individual who created the site and asked that the privacy be respected.

it is a private persons webpage. he posted the link in the aqua chat feed and asked that it not be shared. Last i knew it was still being worked on, but that was about a month ago - last i was in the aqua guild.

There are copyright laws! GOT emblem is at the top of the page and that is owned by Disney. Disney Corp. would not allow this to go on if it was not ran through their servers with this logo at the top! It is just the way the law works. The updates on this site often happen even before the top of the feed changes showing it has to be linked to pd servers. We have Facebook groups that post scores as well and to compare...score updates happen automatically here again proving linked to PD's servers. It's obvious you just did not want to share this with others for fear of not being able to use it yourself! Such greed is not acceptable to me, the world we live in needs to change!!

Sounds to me like it was meant to be shared and I may have missed something but I never saw anything or anyone demanding privacy of this address all the times it was posted in Aqua and when it was requested to be posted online when people kept missing it.
You are being pretty nasty and unless it is you who actually developed this website yourself- you really have no right to say anything as it is none of your business and has no effect on you at all.

I agree with waiting before making conclusions untill the owner of the site responds. (I believe this is everyone)

But: when you look at the site, you will find that this part of the site is not included in the main navigation and can only be reached via a direct link, or while checking the sitemap. So it seems it is not meant for everyone.

Nevertheless, it really is very handy! I hope the owner will keep the site as it is, or if that is not possible, for someone else to pick up and publish it on a different site.

You have absolutely no idea how computers work. Anyone can copy and paste absolutely ANYTHING found online. For you to insist that it simply MUST be owned by Disney, because there's a Playdom logo on it, shows incredible ignorance.

I don't see what all the drama is about. How is this site useful? I don't see how this information is any more useful than just checking FB or the forum to see who's ahead in a gold tourny. Who cares who's ahead for the other prizes? Don't we all have more Trojan Horses, Ming Vases, Ganesh, and Chariots than we know what to do with? Is anyone going to jump to win a Ming Vase?

The Home page says it belongs to Aquarious Guild. Whomever created it probably doesn't have Disney's permission to use the Aquarius logo or the Playdom logo. They may even be employed by Disney and want it kept private to keep from being fired. As for requesting that it be kept private, nothing, and I mean nothing stays private once it's posted somewhere on the Internet. It will get out, you can bet the farm on it. So if a person doesn't want it shared, then they shouldn't share the link. If they really wanted to try it again all they'd have to do is delete the site and move it to a new domain name. Once they posted that "private" address...well, here we go again.
